The OCS email newsletter is operated by the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, doing business as the Ontario Cannabis Store (“OCS”). Your subscription to the OCS email newsletter constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

The OCS email newsletter provides you, as a subscriber who is 19 years of age or older, with information relating to and education around products and product categories, and other information related to OCS services. The information will not be used for any other purpose. You do not have to make a purchase through OCS.ca to become a subscriber to the newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.

PARTICIPATION IN THE NEWSLETTER

Participation in the OCS email newsletter is voluntary. You must provide us with a valid email address that is verified at the time of signup. If you subscribe, the OCS will send you regular communication through email. The OCS is not liable for misdirected email communications if your contact information is inaccurate or no longer valid. If you subscribe through the checkout process, your email address, name and postal code will be captured as part of the program. Your name will be used to address you correctly in our email communication, and the postal code may be used to send you information specific to your geographic location.

PRIVACY

The OCS is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and employs organizational, contractual, technical and physical security measures to protect information it collects. The OCS will keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purposes and in order to comply with applicable legislation. HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE

You can unsubscribe at any time by following these instructions:

• Open any email newsletter you’ve received from the OCS.
• At the bottom of the email, find the link to unsubscribe.
• Click on the unsubscribe link.
• On the unsubscribe landing page, please click “I confirm I want to unsubscribe from receiving the OCS newsletter.”
• You will receive a confirmation that you have successfully unsubscribed.
• If you need assistance with unsubscribing or have any questions relating to unsubscribing, please contact the OCS Customer Service Centre.

Please be sure to unsubscribe using the same email address you used to sign up. Once you receive confirmation that you have unsubscribed, you will no longer receive the OCS email newsletter.
